The fire truck will not deviate under normal driving. If the fire truck always deviates to the right during driving, what should be done? In most cases, the deviation can be solved by doing four-wheel alignment, but if you do four-wheel alignment If it cannot be solved, it must be caused by other reasons. The fire engine owner can find the reason from the following aspects:
1. The tire pressure on both sides of the fire truck is different.
The different tire pressure of the fire truck will make the tire size different, and it will inevitably run off when driving.
2. The tire patterns on both sides of the fire truck are different or the patterns are different in depth and height.
It is best to use the same type of tires on the whole car, at least the two tires on the front axle and the rear axle must be the same, and the tread depth must be the same, and must be replaced if it exceeds the wear limit.
3. The front shock absorber fails.
After the front shock absorber fails, the two suspensions, one high and the other low, are unevenly stressed during the driving of the vehicle, causing the fire truck to run off. The special shock absorber tester can be used to detect the shock absorber and judge the quality of the shock absorber; Unconditional disassembly can be judged by stretching.
4. The deformation and cushioning on both sides of the front shock absorber spring of the fire truck are inconsistent.
The quality of the shock absorber spring can be judged by pressing or comparing after disassembly.
5. Excessive wear and tear of the chassis components of the fire truck has abnormal gaps.
The ball head of the steering tie rod, the rubber sleeve of the support arm, the rubber sleeve of the stabilizer bar, etc. are prone to excessive gaps, and should be carefully checked after lifting the vehicle.
6. The overall deformation of the fire truck frame.
If the wheelbase difference on both sides is too large and exceeds the maximum allowable range, it can be checked by measuring the size. If it exceeds the range, it must be corrected with a calibration table.
7. The brake of a certain wheel is poorly returned and the separation is not complete.
This is equivalent to applying part of the brake on one side of the wheel all the time, and the vehicle will inevitably run off when driving. When checking, you can feel the temperature of the wheel hub. If a certain wheel exceeds the other wheels by a lot, it means that the brake of this wheel is not returning properly.
